The room was not clean. The bathroom walls had toothpaste sprayed all over. Carpet was not vacuumed. Table had stained ring circles not wiped off. A bit of a disappointment as we like to stay at this chain.

Clean rooms, great location, very accommodating host

The room I stayed in was very clean and the hotel In general had a very upscale modern feel. I recommend this hotel based on my new experience

Lots of friendly, helpful staff. Comfy room, clean and spa-like bathroom. Feels like younger folks are key demo, but I didn’t feel uncomfortable.

Sublimely Sutton! This is going to be my go to hotel when I stay in Toronto. From the moment I arrived and through the time I had to bid farewell the stay here exceeded my expectation. The room was spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed where I slept like a baby. It was fantastic place to work remotely as I was able to go to some fabulous restaurants and explore the city very easily at night as the tram stops right outside of the hotel. The rooftop pool was so beautiful, clean and relaxing as I was able to take a dip after a long day of work. I like how they have pool towels and comfortable chairs upstairs. Special thanks to D’Andre, Jerwin, and the rest of the team for being some friendly, welcoming, professional and always being so wonderful. It was hard to leave, but I look forward to returning back again next year. If you’re debating whether to stay here or not…I’ll make it easy for you. Stay here!!!
